An offical year of Triathlon / Um ano oficial de Triatlo

After ONE official year of Ironman training it’s time to do some statistics and combine the volume of training hours and km done (just for fun)

Starting with Competitions (M 40-44)

–         Ironman Korea 70.3, Jiju 07/2011–5h50’53”–S38’14”, B3h01’01”, R2h03’30” – 8  º Place

–         Ironman Phuket 70.3, Thailand 12/2011–5h32’07”–S42’42”, B2h53’06”, R1h49’50” – 69 º Place

–         Ironman Singapore 70.3, 03/2012–6h00’59”–S49’24”, B2h55’57”, R2h08’48” – 87 º Place

–         Olympic Triathlon Hong Kong – 05/2011–2h49’05”–S33’57”, B1h25’11”, R49’57” – 18 º Place

–         Olympic Triathlon Hong Kong – 05/2012–2h37’41”–S31’22”, B1h16’16”, R43’05” – 20 º Place

–         Open Water Swim 2000m, Hong Kong – 04/2011–36’27” – 10 º Place

–         Open Water Swim 3000m, Macau – 11/2011–59’50” – 9 º Place

–         Stepping High Macau Tower Run – 01/2012–23’29” – 8 º Place

–         Macau Olympic Stadium 5k Run – 05/2012–20’20” – 2 º Place

And the trainings in general:

From Jan. 2nd 2011 until May 2nd week 2012

–         308 days of training in 58 week

In Total was:

–         8037 km in 443 hours workout

The balance training perform was 26 km a day

After this post, I’m felling tired J I’ll take the day off
